Assessment
Each transformation starts with an assessment. We conduct interviews, analyse data and have conversations with different people in the organisation. We then also perform a benchmark measurement. Fairly soon into this phase our Hearts & Minds™ approach comes into play.
Action plan
Sometimes the need for change is driven by your own ambition, sometimes by external forces like law and regulations. Whatever the reason: together, we develop a tailor-made action plan. Where are you, where are you headed, and how fast are you moving? We also consider your leadership needs and how we can encourage your people’s intrinsic motivation.
Execution
At CPI, we have a lot of experience with program management. We believe strongly in embedded knowledge. People themselves have to play a central role during implementation, or you won’t be able to implement. These are your people who make up your organisation. Specifically by doing it together with your people, we can tailor-make our approach and ensure you can implement your plans.
Embedding
We believe that embedding requires a joined approach. That’s why we use the train-the-trainer methodology. During the entire process we will have several sessions with your people; then they are ready to do it themselves. When we leave, we literally leave a complete toolkit behind. In short: we train your people and immediately give them the correct knowledge and methodology.
